April 8th Restore and Sound Bath 2:30-3:45

This class is created to heal and sooth our systems. In our day to day lives we are busy asking our bodies to keep up with little awareness for the rest and recovery it is asking of us. Allow yourself to show up for you physical and energetic bodies, creating release and healing through comforting forms with our bodies, ending in a rest filled sound bath.

Class is held at Rooted Heart Yoga & Art Studio
