8-10 yr old 10 week session

If you can gift your child a million gifts, this class is one that will benefit them their whole lives. Throughout this 6 week session your child will learn the physiological responses that can occur during moments of worry, stress, anxiety, happiness, and all the emotions. With journaling, discussions, breathwork, and yoga your child will leave class with the knowledge of self-awareness, self-love, and self-confidence.

Session date: Thursdays 6-6:45

Sept 12th - Nov 21st (no classes Sept 26th)

Within a week of registration you will receive an email with a waiver. 

In the event you decide your child cannot do this class after payment there is a nonrefundable deposit of $25. After the session begins there is a zero refund policy.
