Sound Healing for deep settling and cellular recovery.

Join me as we relax in the cozy yurt, as we travel into softness and bring ourselves back to our bodies, offloading and settling the chaos. We will make our way into a peaceful practice of sound healing. Your body will be soothed from the frequency and vibration of sound, allowing you to rest in a peaceful presence. All while allowing for physiological healing of internal settling. 

Nothing needed but yourselves. (yurt can be warm in the summer)
