1.5hr Candlelit Yin & Sound

Often in our living experience we take our bodies, our energy, and our physiological memory for granted. We neglect rest, restoration, and emotional and energetic digestion.

Join this curated class that will not only bathe you in healing frequencies, we add the placement of our bodies in a way that allow for deep healing, nervous system recalibration and emotional digestion and processing.
