Sound Dome Sound Bath August 12th 6:30 - 8:00

Join me as we relax in the cozy dome, while you're soothed by a relaxing sound bath with sound frequency that will sooth your nervous system. Your physical body, and energy, deserve a break, and what better way than to be in the comfort of the dome. Allow your system to find rest and restoration as it is bathed in frequency. The dome has extremely high energy and magical acoustics that allow for cellular support and recovery.

There is no supports in the dome, you'll want to come prepared to be still and comfortable for 1hr. Please bring a mat, I suggest 1 or 2 blankets (I'd bring 2), a bolster or pillow (maybe both or 2). 

Nothing needed but yourselves.
