In this session, we’ll take a deep dive into building self-confidence. Exploring how to nurture our own unique strengths while uplifting those around us. Through meaningful conversations, interactive activities, regulation tools, and plenty of fun, participants will leave feeling empowered and inspired.

Age 10 - 12 Nov 8th 1:00-3:00

Cost:$50 - Space is limited and non refundable, spots can be transferred to another participant.  

Location: The Centre For Creative Arts upstairs in the studio.

What to bring: Water and yoga mat if you have one.
