Authenticity Workshop 

"Be brave enough to be authentic"

In this workshop we will be working on:

self love, introspection, inner trust, journaling, breath, body movement to encourage release of held emotions, confidence building, affirming our inner courage to be authentic. 

1.5 hour workshop at Centre For Creative Arts 12:00-1:30

Once order is made an email with class information and waivers will be sent. 

Non-refundable, but can be switched to a different child.
